What personal data do we collect?
Vogelpark Avifauna can process personal data, because you use the services of Vogelpark Avifauna, and/or because you enter it yourself when filling in a contact form on the website, for example Vogelpark Avifauna provided. Vogelpark Avifauna can process the following personal data:

- Payment and billing information – if you enter into an agreement with us, we need your bank details for the financial settlement.

Vogelpark Avifauna uses obtained personal data in the first instance to implement the agreement that we conclude with the customer in the context of the bird park and for internal administration. More specifically, we ask you to share your personal data with us for the following purposes:
- For the purpose of entering into, maintaining and improving the contractual relationship with its (potential) customers, or for improving the services and products.
- For applying and fulfilling legal obligations.
Vogelpark Avifauna can send newsletters by e-mail. If you no longer wish to receive a newsletter, you can use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter.
Personal data will not be used for purposes other than those described above.
With whom do we share your personal data?
Vogelpark Avifauna can share your personal data with Vogelpark Avifauna affiliates, its clients, subcontractors (such as processors) who provide services or carry out assignments on our behalf, suppliers, government agencies and other business relationships.
Vogelpark Avifauna may be obliged to provide your data because of an op Vogelpark Avifauna statutory obligation and/or in response to requests from authorities.

Vogelpark Avifauna uses external service providers to process personal data for marketing purposes. These external service providers are: Brevo, Fanalists, Google Analytics (website monitoring), and Google Ads.
How long do we keep your data?
Vogelpark Avifauna does not store your data for longer than necessary for the performance of the agreements and in any case no longer than 790 days after the agreement has ended, unless this is necessary to comply with a legal retention obligation.
What rights do you have?
You have to take care of that yourself Vogelpark Avifauna has the correct personal data. Via the email address contact@avifauna.nl you can object in writing to the use of certain data by Vogelpark Avifauna or request access to, correction and/or deletion of your (personal) data. Any corrections communicated will be processed upon written request. Vogelpark Avifauna will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
Complaints about the use of personal data can be addressed to Vogelpark Avifauna or to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
How do we secure your personal data?
Vogelpark Avifauna takes the protection of personal data very seriously and takes appropriate physical, administrative, organizational and technical measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
