Accessibility

Vogelpark Avifauna welcomes all visitors, including those using a wheelchair or walker. Our zoo is also easily accessible for them, so that they can enjoy a carefree day out. Of course there are also 'ordinary' rules of conduct in our park to keep a visit pleasant and cozy for people and animals. Please read them carefully so that you are not faced with any surprises. 

 

Parrot

Yes, bat the entrance of the park are 'walking difficulties'-chairs to borrow. You have for this made a coin of € 1, - required. Unfortunately, these seats cannot be reserved.  

Ja hey, you are very welcome! Please note that Avifauna is a nature park. This means that not all paths are equally straight. Apart from a few bumps, Avifauna is real easily accessible for wheelchair– and walkerusers.  

Yes, in each a restaurant find a disabled toiletlet. The toilets are nicely spread throughout the park and are accessible free of charge.  

No, hpets are unfortunately not allowed in the park. In ons bird park you walk among the animals. From your pet they can frightened, injured or even contracted illnesses. For this reason become pets not allowgebusinesses to the park. Thanks for your concept. 

Yes, hbeing ulph dogs allowed, if recognized trained and clearly recognizable as an assistance dog. Of course they must be kept on a leash.  

Yes, the little ones can enter the park with a balance bike. Scooters and bicycles are unfortunately not allowed in the park.

Vogelpark Avifauna is non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted at the point indicated above, namely next 'Home Havana' The smoking point is also indicated on the map. 

To ensure that all visitors can have a fun day, we have laid down the rules of conduct in our park regulations. Every visitor must adhere to this, for a safe and pleasant visit. Thank you in advance!
