Adfund Supported Employment logo

Adfund Supported Employment

Adfund Guided Working offers daytime activities to people who have a mild intellectual disability, a disability in the autistic spectrum or a minor psychological disability. Avifauna works together with this partner organization to offer a team of 12 to 15 clients meaningful daytime activities in our animal park. These colleagues are supported from Avifauna by a permanent supervisor, who tailors the work to individual preferences and possibilities. Together with the counselors of Adfund, we teach them to bear responsibility, so that they experience that they really participate in society.
